A faster, more affordable way to get unique and functional interior design for your space! Rather than the traditional interior decorating process—which takes several months (or years), requires hourly fees, and is limited to clients in one geographical area—I wanted to make custom design more accessible to everyone.

Vacation rental Owners: Running a cleaning and property management company has given me years of  insight on what a successful AirBnB looks like, and how it must function. Unlike residential homes, vacation rentals must consider things like maximizing seating for guests, and furniture durability, as well as providing a memorable experience. I can help take the guesswork out of these unique challenges! 

 

Residential Home Or Apartment Owners: Whether you rent or own, your personal sanctuary deserves to be a beautiful and soothing reprieve each time you walk through the door. From awkward room layouts to renter-friendly options, I’ve got your solutions. 

 

Commercial Spaces And Stores: I specialize in retail  boutiques, hair salons, spas, small fitness facilities, and client-facing office spaces. The goal of my design is always to communicate your brand identity effectively to potential buyers.

Events/Holidays/Photo shoots: Need design planning and shopping done for a special time of the year? From weddings to marketing campaigns, I can consult remotely on things like floral arrangements, displays, storefront windows, table settings, set/prop design, and more! 

 

How It Works

Everything is done virtually. You send accurate measurements and photos of your space and I give you the step-by-step tools to transform it at your own pace!

What You Get

​

1. After filling out a questionnaire and sending inspiration images, you’ll receive a detailed moodboard and style guide to determine the colors/textures/look and feel of your space. This is a great foundational guide you can follow in the future if you ever choose to refresh your rooms!

2. Two 2D floor plan options that will provide the most functionality (you will approve one of these plans.) 

​

3. A shopping guide with links to the exact items I've selected for your design, all based on your budget range. I also scan each item for quality reviews, and comfort ratings for the best possible bang for your buck. 

​

4. 3D rendering of your new space in action—from furniture placement to shelf styling— so you know exactly how it will look when finished. 

​

5. beautiful and functional new space without the hassle, headache, and time commitment of doing it all yourself!

The Investment:

 

$550 for two spaces of your choice up to 600 total square feet. (Custom pricing can be provided for larger/multiple spaces or entire homes.)

Note: As a new service, this price is temporary and likely to increase in the near future. Inquire now to lock in this rate!

Your Budget: While clients determine their individual budget, I recommend at least $1,000-$1,500 for secondary rooms (mudrooms, playrooms, powder rooms, offices etc) and at least $2,000-$2,500 for primary brooms (bedrooms, master bathrooms, living room, dining room, main retail floor, lobby etc.) A minimum budget required will be determined based on the layout/size/needs of your space before the start of the project.

Planning

​

This service is a good fit for someone planning to order items soon after project completion, in case some items sell out. 

 

Turnaround

​

Project typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on how quickly client approves
